  • Board weight: 7.8kg / 17.2 pounds
  • Package weight: 10.3 kg / 22.7 pounds

Setup

  • Tighten all screws:
    • Go over the board with a screw driver and the T-wrench and tighten all the screw before the first ride
  • Adjust steering sensitivity:
    • Adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible/easier or tightening the nut to make the board stiffer/stable
    • I had to adjust one turn firmer from the factory compression, 75 kg and fast rider
  • Pair the remote to the board:
    • Turn off the board and remote, long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds, when the remote vibrates it is paired!
  • Re-set the remote from kilometres to miles:
    • Re-pair the remote to the board and then you will see the option (km or miles), double-click the power button on the remote to confirm the selection
  • Wobbly board while riding:
    • Tighten both trucks with the T-wrench to make it more rigid and stable, but not too tight

Upgrades

  • Softer wheels
  • Carrying handle - cut 10 x 2.8 cm slot
  • Softer or harder Venom or Orangatang Nipples bushings 83A 90A 96A 100A depending on preference
  • Paint inner motor parts black
  • Front light

Issues

  • Rattling from the rear hub-motors
    • The sleeve has a small gap when fitted over the motor casing, try rotating or switching over the sleeves from one motor to the other, or add a piece of electrical tape to narrow the gap
    • The thickness is also less on a hub-motor, so there will be limited vibration damping and thus decreased friction between the sleeve and surface
