T68 Details

On this page I'll show more details about the phone. Checking the dissambling page first would make this page more consistent.

Wear and Tear

After near three years of continously usage the phone is still working flawlessly without any technical degradtion. Though on the visual aspect there are some minor defects.

Exterior

Interior

After dissambling the phone there are lots of parts and nifty things to check out inside. Hopefully most of them are listed below.

Backside of the circuit board. Frontside of the circuit board.
Upper-most part of the backside. Lower-most part of the backside.
Upper-most part of the frontside. Lower-most part of the frontside.
The lable could be for the dial part of the pcb:

Features and Connectors

Infrared 'eyes', the buzzer and the internal speaker pads just above it. Volume leveler. Joystick without the button and the LCD screen connectors just above.
Vibrator spring-connctors. Pads for the microphone. SIM card dock.
Central springloaded pogopins for the battery. More springloaded pogopins for the antenna. To the left of the connector you can see the MCC RF switch connector used for testing. Backside of the data/service connector.
I believe the pcb is multilayered since some of the tracks are hard to trace.
